Job Description:
1.Deliver specialized courses in the German program, including Intensive Reading, Writing, Oral Skills, Linguistics, Literature, and Culture. Maintain a minimum average teaching load of 12 class hours per week.
2.Publish 1–2 papers or articles (including academic journal papers or conference presentations) in relevant fields within the employment period.
3.Actively participate in the development and reform of the German program's curriculum. This includes assisting in the compilation of teaching materials, guiding students in professional competitions, and engaging in collaborative research projects.
4.Undertake other tasks assigned by the department related to academic discipline development and talent cultivation.
Qualifications:
1.Have a good understanding of and a positive stance toward China. Possess strong professional ethics, be honest and trustworthy, and dedicated to the profession.
2.Be a German citizen with German as his/her native language.
3.Hold a Master's degree or higher in German Linguistics, German Literature, German as Foreign Language Teaching, or a related field; OR have at least two years of full-time work experience in teaching German language.
4.With study or research experience at a renowned international university is preferred.
5.Having experience in teaching at a Chinese university or college is preferred.
